These cheeses are the results of the efforts of individuals like yourselves, hard-working, creative, impassioned!
It's patriotic! It is a product that supports our national and state infrastructure! The dollars that go out into the community from one artisan cheese plant support city and state governments through taxes and fees paid!
It's a product that Americans can be proud of, not just some mass-produced, cookie-cutter stamped food! American artisan cheeses reflect all the integrity and individualism that made companies like Harley Davidson or Apple!
More of those dollars also go into the state government to support state and local agriculture programs.
The product that is created in the artisan cheese plant lifts the quality of all other 'like' products striving to 'imitate' them, or to pair with them!
